Program Terms
- A referral is defined as a homeowner who signs a contract with Alphaworx for a new or replacement roof, siding or new solar install. Projects involving insurance claims are eligible.
- A referral becomes a qualified customer once their roof, siding or solar has been completed, and the official Certificate of Completion has been issued.
- You cannot refer your own primary residence. However, if Alphaworx has completed your primary home’s roof, siding or solar, you may refer additional properties such as a second home, rental, or investment property.
- Referrals must qualify within 365 days of your first referral submission to count toward your reward level. After one year, your reward tier resets.
- All referrals must be submitted prior to any initial contact between the referred homeowner and Alphaworx. Use our official Referral Submission Form to ensure eligibility.
- The vacation reward is a cruise travel package valued up to $3,000.
- Only one referrer per household may participate in the Referral Rewards Program.
- It is the referrer’s responsibility to submit referrals. Alphaworx team members are not permitted to enter referrals on your behalf.
- No limit to the number of referrals you can submit!
